Extend the RetroArch update feature to let me designate the install path

I wrote about my issue on the LB forums.

I like to use OG controllers with Raphnet adapters for retro consoles, arcade sticks for fighting games, wheels for driving games, etc.

I keep separate RetroArch installations for each unique controller/driver/core config.

The RetroArch update feature works well but it only updates one of my RetroArch installations.

I’d like the ability to designate the install path for the update so I can maintain all my RetroArch installations.
