Adding additional tags\badges

I would like to suggest that we can tag games as unlicensed or homebrew.

This would be similar to how we can mark a game as favorite or complete and have an icon appear on the game screen.

This will mean I can put games against a platform but still have the end user know it’s not a licensed title without having to go to the effort of creating a whole separate platform.

This field already exists. It's called Release Type and is also filled in from the database for games that it's properly filled out on.
