Logitech G923 wheel not detected correctly by Launchbox

My new Logitech G923 force feedback wheel works perfectly fine in Forza and other games on the same Windows 10 PC, and is shown in DirectX Diagnostic tool, but Launchbox does not appear to detect it correctly.
Launchbox 12.11 on Windows 10 v21H2 (build 19044.1706)
