make content of options menu configurable

I use BigBox on my HTPC and I like to shutdown the system via the options menu, sadly “shutdown” is at the very end of that list.

Feature Request:
make the content of this menu configurable so that users can:

• re-arrange elements (i.e. I’d like the ‘shutdown’ option on top)
• hide elements the user does not need (i.e. I have no use for ‘Sleep’ nor the ‘View’ elements - I could just hide them)

Just so you know, you can already hide items in the system menu via the Security section under Options, then you would use the Lock option in the System menu.
