Sorry… thought the error would auto populate into the message. It was a one time ‘hiccup’ or something at start up. I cannot reproduce it.

It’s understandable. We’re looking into why that doesn’t happen correctly. We still get the error report, just was sent to us directly instead of to the ticket. I’ll take a look and see what I can find. Let us know if it starts happening with more frequency.
