paid bigbox not running games

I had launchbox running well before I added my bigbox licence , now no games play at all. I would have thought paying for the uypgrade would improve my experience, not take it all away. NOT HAPPY!

Hi David, adding a Big Box license would not do anything to make your games not play. We’ll need to troubleshoot this with you to figure out what is really happening, because it’s guaranteed to be something else. We can always refund you if necessary as an alternative option.
Can you explain what you mean by “now no games play at all”? Have you tried in both LaunchBox and Big Box? What platform are you trying to start playing games with?
