Error on Launchbox 12.13 at the time of loading

Hi, friends. I get this erorr while tryng to open Launchbox 12.13. Any suggestions???

I’d make sure to add LaunchBox as an exception to what ever antivirus you’re using then re-run the installer overtop of the directory. Most of the time we see this it’s because a virus scanner has gone rogue and quarantined the file.

Thanks for the recommendation, Christian. I just installed the update 12.14, and that fixed the issue.
