Hi Diego, this looks like most likely the LaunchBox install is missing files. Can you try re-running the LaunchBox 12.14 setup over top of your existing folder? Just make sure to watch closely and install correctly to your LaunchBox folder and not a LaunchBox\LaunchBox folder.
