Use Sceenshot Images When There Isn't Box Art

Hello - When a rom is found in either the LB database or EMU Movies and screenshots are downloaded but there is not front box art - the image in LB should be the screen shot.

This way when scrolling through your library you don't see a bunch of blanks or black spaces when there are actual images assigned to that rom.
