Auto Folder Generation Bug

Description: LB sets up MAME with automatic playlists (full set MAME importer), but BG music folders are missing.

Issue: The folders made in the dir (..\LaunchBox\Music\Background\Playlists) are missing random directories; only some playlist folders are autogenerated, while others are missed.

Steps to reproduce:
- clean LB install
- use full set MAME importer (0.246)
- select to autogenerate playlists (i.e. Capcom Classics, Beat em Ups, etc.)
- go to following directory: \LaunchBox\Music\Background\Playlists
- note that some playlist folders were autogenerated; many are not

Expected behavior: When using full set MAME importer and selecting autogenerate playlists; LB should create all folders
