Add Auto HDR to LB|BB

So There are a few AutoHDR “solutions” out there for Windows 10, but nothing that is perfect. Kodi has an Auto HDR implementation that is flawless and before it was released, a little tool was released that was placed alongside the Kodi exe. Since then, Kodi implemented AutoHDR switching rendering the tool unneeded. Well, I reached out to the dev and he released 2 different variants, 1 that is automatic but does not wrk well with steam games due to how steam launches and one that does work but requires additional input to switch off HDR. The good thing is, thetool is open sourced and on GitHub. If you could add this option to LB|BB, this would solve A LOT of our woes with w10 and HDR.
