when i first launched the software and i had imported a rom it worked fine but after that when i downloaded other roms and tried to launch them the opened but had played this weird game

This means that you told LaunchBox to launch the games using the 2048 RetroArch core.

Go into Tools > Manage > Emulators, double click on RetroArch, and find the Associated Platforms section. Find your problematic platform and switch the core to something more appropriate for that platform.
