A "directory or file cannot be created"

I am using version 12.14, on Windows 11, which the error occurs every time i try to edit something.
Steps: try to edit something

Can you do the following for me?
1) Close LaunchBox (if open)
2) Navigate to \\LaunchBox\Metadata
3) If there is a “Temp” folder there can you right click it and go to Properties
4) Ensure that the read-only checkbox on the bottom of the window is a full white square (off), then press OK
5) Delete the contents of that folder
6) Try running LaunchBox again
