Additional Option in Games edit

I believe it would be beneficial to add a not downloaded checkbox into the Edit Game menu and in BigBox. The I say this is that a lot of the games in my steam library are not downloaded, but I would prefer to still have them show up in launchbox.

Steam games should still show up even if they're not downloaded. We use the Steam API when you use the Steam importer and it should give you all available games regardless of being installed or not. When trying to open a game not installed to it should prompt you to install it through steam. Are you sure you imported through the Steam option?
