You typically get this error if you close out of LaunchBox incorrectly (like force close it, or shut down the computer with it running).
Look in your LaunchBox\Backups folder to see if there are any backups in there you can restore the settings file from. Copy the Settings.xml file from the archive to \\LaunchBox\Data. If that doesn’t work you can always delete the Settings.xml file. Doing this WILL revert all settings to default though.
