Image Selector

One of the most difficult parts of LaunchBox (for me at least) is the selection of images post import. It’s difficult to change images for the one you like, unless you:

Download ones you like from a website and upload manually
Download from Launchbox, but it means going through lots of other ones that have been downloaded and deleting them all.

Can I suggest a far easier alternative for amending images post import?

Emby! I realise that’s for collating movies not games, but the process is still the same in as much as every movie has around 5+ images associated for different things.

The way that Emby works is this:

You right click on the title of the media you want to update:

You then click the magnifying glass to see all of the available image options:

Finally, just click your preferred cover, and job done!

It’s a quick, seamless and efficient workflow for edits and thought it would be worth sharing with you guys :-)

I’ve selected major priority as it is for me, but you may see it differently!!
