Broken shutdown screen for Playstation 2 etc.

The shutdown screen seems to be broken for all platforms that are using the rotating disc in the startup screen.
The shutdown screen is displayed with a loading bar and a rotating disc.
This occurs at least since version 12.15

I’m seeing the same issue in 12.16 with disc based platforms. When exiting a game the “Game Over” text isn’t displayed on the shutdown screen. Instead we see the same startup screen with the progress bar at 50%, and the disc spinning. The “Now Loading” text isn’t present:

I've tried deleting the Default folder from StartupThemes and letting LB recreate it, but the problem still occurs. Non-disc based platforms correctly display the “Game Over” shutdown screen.

I’m guessing both of you are extracting the discs from an archive?

I mainly use chd files. But this also occurs with archived discs.

In my case the disc images are being extracted from zip files.

I’ve tried duplicating the Default startup theme to create a new theme, then deleted all the xaml theme files except Default.xaml and Default Shutdown.xaml. When LB is configured to use the new theme, launching and exiting games on disc based platforms works fine (except no spinning disc image). So it might be an issue launching platform specific xaml files.
