Another process is in progress error

i keep having a problem with launch box it keeps showing me a text saying launch box cant be open if it is still running please close launch box in task manager or reboot your computer i do both and it still shows up

What executable are you trying to open when you get this? Also have you confirmed that you have no LaunchBox or Big Box processes running in the Details tab of Task Manager when you get this error?
