BIGBOX or TOOLS>OPTIONS extremely slow to launch

If I attempt to launch ‘BIGBOX’ or the ‘Options’ menu from LaunchBox its takes a few minutes to do.

I've never had this problem before. I just upgraded to Windows 11 Pro and have reinstalled 4 times with the same results; any help appreciated.

SOLVED!

I found out that the slowness is being caused by the USB ports on my motherboard… I removed everything from every USB port and LaunchBox OPTIONS and BIGBOX now open normally.
