BigBox Terminating Startup Video Before Complete

Seemingly as of version 13.0, BigBox is no longer waiting the full duration of the \LaunchBox\Videos\Startup\File.mp4 video, before launching into the BigBox interface. BigBox is launching (on my system) after about 1.5-2 seconds, and thus cutting off the video. Is there a place to again set a time duration now, that I am not seeing in the menus? My understanding is that this has been configured as such (for some time now), that BigBox opens after the video finishes playing. Please advise.

Was either something with Windows or my wireless keyboard injecting some constant input, that was only slightly showing its face/glitch when clicking on the start menu.
