Suggestion: New update option: "Download media only, do not update metadata"

For those who have their metadata setup how they want with maybe some personal customization and only wants to update their media files.

I know that you can just manually delete the files yourself and tell it not to overwrite to get the same effect, but I know there are likely a few users on do not know exactly how to do that and it seems like something many people would like.
