Launchbox FreezesRight After launchbox loads

hi ive been having this issue where launchbox freezes for about 10-20 seconds right after it loads.

i cant do anything for that time then all of a sudent it comes back to life and works like normal. this is only on first startup after fresh pc power up. please help. ive tried a fresh install of os even went back to windows 10 and same thing.
