Scrape from SteamGridDB

I just thought it would be really neat if we were able to scrape media from SteamGridDB. They have an extensive collection of images, with tracked projects that seem to attract talented contributors. It also looks like they encourage developers to use their API to make things a little easier.

We’ve been asked by SteamGridDB NOT to integrate their current API version. They have plans to release a newer version and want to be able to get off the old one as quickly as possible and so have asked us not to integrate them into our app until that new API has been released.
