Importing issue. "Could Not download images"\"Source array was not long enough"

Hi, I'm getting this error when trying to import my MAME arcade ROMs on the Windows PC version of Launchbox (version 13.

Solution says to "Check the source index length, and the array's lower bounds. (Parameter 'sourceArray'), but I don't know what this means.

I've done this same import with the same ROM set before with no issues, but had to delete everything and start again when I moved everything to another hard drive.
