BigBox won't launch

How are you trying to launch Big Box?

Since the initial install, I was able to Launch it by simply Double clicking on the shortcut on my desktop. I added some themes and Startup videos, all was working well. Then suddendly, I get a black screen after the Startup video.

Using Windows 11. Having issues launching BigBox and LaunchBox with v13.0. Not receiving any error messages, it just starts to launch v13.0 then fails.

Most recent previous version that I can get to work for both BigBox and LaunchBox is v11.0. However, when launching v11.0, it recognizes that v13.0 is available (via “update status” file in Updates folder I think) and tries to autoinstall it. When it updates to 13.0 nothing is able to launch again.

Have tried editing the “Update Status” file in the updates folder via Notebook by adding spaces before the command line and changing the command to equal the v11.0 exe file. That has not stopped the problem so far. Program continues to auto-check for updates.

For now, I am continuing to use v11.0 and revert back to v11.0 if v13.0 happens to get autoinstalled before I can stop it.
