After updating the meta-data of a title, the display isn't automatically refreshed.

After adding game art or other meta-data (notes, etc.) and confirming, the title has to be selected again to show the updated data. It would be nice if it'd be shown right away.

When changes images or metadata LaunchBox needs to "refresh" sort of the entry. If there was a live refreshing like that computer demand might skyrocket. I'll leave that decision up to Jason though.

No need for "live refreshing" - having LaunchBox trigger the same procedure as what the 'click title' event includes, after pressing the OK button in the Edit Game dialog would be sufficient, I presume.
