Remove "Playlist" Right-Click Sub-Menu from Edit Sub-Menu

The right-click menu on LaunchBox is very tidy currently, but I find myself very often wishing that the Playlist sub-menu was not buried under the Edit sub-menu. The playlist functionality on LaunchBox is very nice and powerful and I use it quite often so I wish that it was easier to reach.
