[Feature Request] Further Media Priority Granularity - Region > Type

I would like to see the media priority settings within launchbox allow for more granularity / specificity. I have a preference to see reconstructed artwork where it’s available over the regular scans, however, I would rather see the scan when its region aligned to the title and the reconstruction isn’t.

Region > Reconstruction > Scan
