Can not scroll to last row of games when right most column highlighted

This issue happens when using the keyboard/gamepad to navigate. If the game list grid is two or more titles wide, and the total number of games isn't an even multiple of the grid width, the very last row of the grid will not fill the entire width.

If the currently highlighted game is on the right most grid column on the second last row, pressing down doesn't navigate to the last row. The last row can only be navigated to if the highlighted game is directly above a filled grid position.

Ideally when the down button is pressed in the above situation, the cursor should move to the right most game on the last row.
