[LaunchBox] Update UI to accommodate 640x480 resolution

BigBox and Launchbox are perfect for arcade / TV monitors with 15khz resolutions, the only problem is that popups are too big on launchbox and most of them render launchbox inusuable.

Can you make the popups smaller or make them resize? Launchbox works great, but the problem are the pop ups, the rest is fine.

All popups are too big.

Big box has no issues in low resolutions, launchbox works fine too, only pop ups are a problem.
