Platform icons settings tab

Add a tab in the individual platform edit section to allow manual selection of icon images and icon size max (this would allow users to use higher res images for the systems for those that don’t like the pixel images)

(this might be better in overall settings to keep icons uniform also to include hide text option so people can use just system images in the left column with no text)
