LB stuck on 'fetching info' on Achievements

LB used to dispay my score up at the top, but now, all it shows is “0” even though everything appears to be configured properly. My username / password is correct on the Retroachievements website, where it shows my 400 score, or whatever. It’s correct in Retroarch as well. When I boot up a random game, it even says “game loaded with all 30 achievements.” I got a couple easy ones, which pop up on the screen. The INFORMATION panel shows I got those acheivements. However, all that said, it still displays 0. I click it and it says, “Fetching information” but nothing happens. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

This is working as intended for now. RetroAchievements changed how your profile score works a while back (Which is what is displayed) and only hardcore achievement points are now added to your profile score where before it would also include softcore achievements earned.

Thanks for the information. That seems….. odd, haha. Just putting it out there for you and your amazing team - maybe LB could display BOTH scores. Is that something possible for a future update? That would be amazing. Also, I found other people on the other forums who were having the same issue. I’ll pass along your msg.

I just heard from someone at Retroachievements, presumably, someone higher level who said, “The API response should include both hardcore and softcore points now. It is up to the Launchbox developers to decide what to do with this additional data.

If they're getting points from an API endpoint that hasn't been updated yet, please let the RAWeb team know so that it can fixed.”

Not sure what most of that means, haha, but I assume you do. So perhaps we can get a box up top displaying both hardcore and regular achievements.
