Two "All" tabs in the Platforms section

Hello, there are now two “All” tabs in the platform/categories menu and both disallow editing or removal:

    Can you do the following:
    Close LaunchBox
    Navigate to \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms
    Look for an “All.xml” file in there and delete it if there is
    Reopen LaunchBox
