Add Encoder support for Webp file extensions and bitmap decoding for displaying Webp box arts in the UI this should also come with a speed benefit as Webp is not only better compressed than most png files and jpeg but also it lends itself well to .Net Frameworks and Web Based UI elements.

If I could access the source code I would impliment this myself.
