MS-DOS Installation Wizard GUI Layout Problems

The Layout of the ‘MS-DOS Installation Wizard’ in v13.3 is somehow corrupted. It starts with a strange position for the name input field:

Also note, that the text is cut off to the right. And there is text missing.

In the next panel:

The first item is too large here. But the real problem comes in the third panel:

There is no button to select a file and no input field visible. I cannot get beyond this third panel.
The MS-DOS install wizard did work in previous versions.
Note that I have changed the scaling of Windows to 300% (also used this for the previous versions). I can set the compatibility mode for the launchbox app for the High DPI settings to ‘System’ - in this case the layout of the panels are displayed correctly, but overall the application is totally pixelated.
