Add support for multiple Playlist, platform & category videos

PiperCalls created an issue

Currently platform, Playlist & category videos only allow 1 video with the exact name. Would like support for multiple videos that would be picked at random. Naming format as [playlist]-01, -02, etc.

    Multiple video categories would be very useful - e.g. “gameplay”, “advert”, “long play”, etc.
