User-definable metadata field display at the playlist level

The only way I’ve found to hide a metadata field in the game details panel is to set its value to nothing. I’d like to keep the populated metadata (if I need it, I can always check out the edit dialog for a game), but for every day use I only want to display some fields. For example, the default view:

You can disable fields from displaying in both Platform and Game details via the Options menu already
