13.5 Achievements Text Disappearing Bug

As you can see in the attached image above, the achievement text sometimes disappears. At the same time, the achievements screen is not accessible.

This is due to issue RetroAchievements are having on their end. They are having some technical issues with their server and it requires it be brought down regularly to correct. When this happens you'll have the issue you are reporting.
