Launch Box doesn't open.

Last days I requested a compatible version for my computer which is [Windows 7, 32 bit operating system] and you sent me the setup 11.2 of launchbox. When I click this icon,it doesn’t open and show this error and statement which is given below

If you open up Windows Event Viewer to Application errors you should see a record in there with a bit more explanation as to what caused this error.
