"Remove folder path" WITHOUT "remove extension" option.

Under an emulator options, there’s three check boxes below the command-line paramaters box. One of them is “Remove folder path and extension.” Emulators like TeknoParrot would be exponentially faster to add ROMS to if there was a fourth option that was simply “remove folder path” without the extension.

That works! Which is weird, because looking at it, it seems like that should add the filename after the extension.

Still, adding this box would certainly make things cleaner.
