Somehow fixed it. It was an error with the Game Details sidebar. The details were missing and it was blank when selecting GTA-SA game. Altered the .iso’s name of the PS2 game and it worked afterward. I altered it by getting rid of the brackets I use to document game info like version of the game or languages.
