Deleting games in LaunchBox

Deleting games in LaunchBox does not automatically delete the corresponding ROM altough I have checked the Box in the option that says ‘Allow deleting roms when deleting games’. This problem occurs for every platform like gb, gbc, gba, snes… - not just ps1. I also tried to run LaunchBox as an admin - no luck either.

Just ran some tests and it looks like this functionality is still working, so best guess is there’s something going on with your setup.

I would check that your ROM files are not locked by either Windows or any other program (file syncing programs are a big culprit.

On another note, can you choose a game, post here where on your file system it’s located, relative to your LaunchBox folder, and then Edit the game in LaunchBox, go into the LaunchBox tab and also post the location LaunchBox believes it’s located.

That setting will bring up a second prompt after deleting the game from LaunchBox asking you if you want to delete the actual file as well. It doesn’t just automatically remove the file.
