More Shortcuts/Hotkeys assignable to BB and LB functions. Useful for streamdecks, button boxes, and arcade controls

Adding assignable hotkeys to all existing BB features with would give us more abilities to use streamdecks, touch portal, macro pads ETC.) to streamline the interface.

I use a streamdeck on my cab to control bigbox. It has adds so much usability. Please see video below for examples.
