Can't import from GOG

My Privacy in my GOG profile is “Any Visitors, and the Profiile is Public:

We can’t help much without having your GOG profile name. If you do not feel comfortable displaying it in this ticket you can reach out to [e-mail] and let them know the issue you are having including the profile name. I will say we see users report this issue quite a bit when they add an extra slash to the profile name box. If you are adding a forward or backslash to the end of the name you’ll want to remove that. I believe there may be some characters (especially in your language) that HTML doesn’t really like to send the same way they do standard English characters and so there is potential for that to cause issues as well.

I’d turn on debug logging and then try. Once it fails close LaunchBox and go to \\LaunchBox\Logs and see if in the most recent file there is any errors in there that could shed some light on the situation. I was just able to run the importer against that username and get a game list so your profile permissions ARE set correctly.

Can you attach the entire log file? Also can you show a screenshot of the profile screen in the GOG importer with that you are putting in there?

Your question gave me the answer…my mistake was inthe importer box…on the profiule name I was adding the profile path…I changed it to my profile nam and everything worked!
