MAME control cfg creator

there used to be an app a long time ago where it would create mame control cfg files. would be great to have something like this built into LB.

as an example, you would select all single player joystick 2 button games, the util would output all mame games cfg files.

why would you need this? further example, 2 joystick games like robotron and smash tv. robotron being one player at a time, the user may select to use different sticks (if they have a 4 player setup, they would use two centered sticks). for a 2 player 2 stick smash tv, the user would use different sticks for each player. the global setup in mame doesn’t differentiate between single or two player games
