Add an "Official Background" or general "Background" category to "Image Type"

I’ve noticed a lot of people use “Fanart - Background” as the “Image Type” for wallpaper released officially by the game company that produced the art. I think this is misleading since it implies that it isn’t official. So in my personal collection I’ve been using “Banner”, but obviously that isn’t the intention intended for that image type. Please add an “Official Background” type, or if that’s not advisable for some reason, make a general “Background” category.
