2nd monitor for LCD or LED marquee

Per your recommendation, my idea is to add native screen rotation for clear logos when you select a game. Instead of buying Pixelcade, being able to buy a marquee LED for this would be great. I bought VSDisplay Marquee TV which I was hoping would do same thing as Pixelcade. Anyways that is my idea.

We already have this feature for Big Box. Marquee screen can be set in options and we have options to help with cut screens as well that should make it possible to render the marquee on the screen you mentioned.
