The Hard drive says it is full

I have been loving this, until I might have made a mistake. I added mame to it and it installed everything, but some things were missing, like box pics and so on. I did a force update games from the tools menu. after a while it just closed. When I restarted it the process didn’t continue. So I tried update metadata and media but now it’s giving me an error saying hard drive is full and can’t continue. When I say hard drive, I mean the box i bought, not my pc’s hard drive. I just want it back to the way I recieved it. Can you help?

We don't support pre-loaded hard drives or devices. I'd reach out to whom you bought the box from and ask them.
