Add "Launch with" option submenu to "Play Version"

Currently, there is no way to launch a version of a game to an emulator that’s not the main one, please add a submenu “play version” kinda like this.

Additionally, in big box, just add this window as an extra step when you select Additional App/Version

yes, it’s a pain. You have to set the version you want to play in default position and then you can choose the launcher…and then revert to no default.
