Easier Viewing of Game Manuals

When configuring my controller to navigate Big Box, I noticed that you can configure a button to view images, but not to view the manual. Since these manuals from Emu Movies are in PDF format, it'd be nice if there was a better solution to viewing these images. An idea is to have an optional button to view the manual that can be configured in the Big Box options.

I know that RetroArch has an core called "ImageViewer". I don't know anything about the core, but I'm wondering if there's a way we can make the PDFs viewable in the core. My assumption is that the ImageViewer core is full screen and it would be nice if there was a way to sync it up with these manuals. An added benefit would be able to navigate through the manual with our gamepad which probably works in the core I'm assuming.

Does anyone think this could work?
